Budreski recognized the lack of artistic enrichment opportunities for Maryland’s disabled population and determined to make positive changes. BASAC expanded into several counties within Maryland in the first year and the need for a vocational program as well as funding to assist in the growth of the arts in all forms was in great need. So grew B’moreAbilities CreateAbilities in ARTS, Inc. with the opportunity to expand understanding of the importance of art in the lives of people with disabilities, both recreational and vocationally.
